NFL Team Duped Into Showing Adult Film Star inalute to Troop
The Minnesota Vikings thought it was a photo of someones cousin Joel.
The Minnesota Vikings NFL team was tricked into featuring a photo of adult star Johnny Sins during a portion of the game that honored the U.S. military.
The trick happened earlier this month during the Vikings and Dallas Cowboys game in a segment the team calls a Salute to Soldiers, which featured photos of members of the armed service put up on the stadiums jumbotron.
Before the game, the Vikings solicited images of service members on Twitter.
Were honoring our nations service members, veterans, and their families during Sundays game against Dallas. Share photos and stories of your loved ones who have served or are currently serving usingSkolSalutefor a chance to have them featured on the video board Sunday, the team tweeted.
Well, Twitter user @kylerulz4h responded, This is my cousin Joel who served in the Army. He has always been an inspiration and someone I look up to for his heroism. He is also a HUGE Vikes fanskolsalute.
He accompanied the tweet with an image of a man dressed in army fatigues.
But it wasnt his cousin Joel it was adult film star Johnny Sins, whose real name is Stephen Wolfe. Sins has been making adult films for more than 10 years and has won awards from Pornhub and other porn outlets and associations. He has more than 680,000 Twitter followers.
On Twitter, Sins responded to the trick, writing, Ha, thats awesome!
